Pastor Daniel Williamson, affectionately known as Pastor Dan, and his wife, Amber, share a deep love for Jesus Christ, a heart for people, and a passion for seeing lives transformed by the power of God.
Married for over ten years and blessed with six children, Pastor Dan and Amber believe that faith, family, and ministry are deeply connected. They understand the joys and challenges of family life and strive to keep Jesus Christ at the center of their marriage, home, and everything they do.
One of their greatest joys is serving the Lord together, side by side. Whether discipling believers, encouraging families, praying with others, or simply sharing life with the people God places in their path, Pastor Dan and Amber genuinely love doing ministry together. They see their partnership in ministry as a blessing and an opportunity to reflect Christ’s love through serving others.
Pastor Dan’s journey into ministry is a testimony of God’s faithfulness, grace, and restoring power. Having walked through significant trials and life-changing circumstances, he knows firsthand that God can bring hope, healing, and purpose even through life’s most difficult seasons.
Before becoming Lead Pastor of Calvary Assembly of God in 2026, Pastor Dan faithfully served in various areas of ministry, including church leadership, discipleship, and pastoral care. Through every season, God continued to deepen his love for the Church and strengthen his calling to shepherd His people.
Our Heart & Vision for Calvary
Together, Pastor Dan and Amber share a vision of seeing Calvary become a spiritually hungry, prayerful, unified, and Spirit-empowered church firmly rooted in the truth of God’s Word. They believe the Church is called to be more than a place people attend on Sunday mornings. It is called to be a family of believers who love one another, grow together in Christ, and carry His love into their homes, workplaces, and community.
At the heart of their vision is a simple but powerful principle:
Hunger leads to humility, humility leads to surrender, and surrender produces obedience.
Pastor Dan and Amber have a particular passion for discipleship. They believe Jesus did not simply call His Church to make converts, but to make disciples who will go on to make disciples themselves.
Their desire is to see marriages strengthened, families restored, believers equipped, and generations united through a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ.
They long to see a church where prayer is foundational, the presence and power of the Holy Spirit are welcomed, biblical truth is faithfully taught, and people are encouraged to move beyond simply attending church into actively living out their faith.
They also believe that the mission of the Church begins right here in our own backyard, loving our neighbors, reaching the hurting, and making Jesus known throughout the surrounding community.
